Yehezkiel 25:4

25:4 So take note, ⁹  I am about to make you slaves of ¹⁰  the tribes ¹¹  of the east. They will make camps among you and pitch their tents among you. They will eat your fruit and drink your milk.

[25:1]  sn Abraham had taken another wife. These events are not necessarily in chronological order following the events of the preceding chapter. They are listed here to summarize Abraham’s other descendants before the narrative of his death.

Here he laments that his enemies take advantage of such divine discipline by harassing and slandering him. They “kick him while he’s down,” as the expression goes.
